Cancellation Policy

We recognize that preferences can change, and you may want to cancel an order. This policy details the process and conditions for cancellations. 
 

Cancelling Before Shipment 

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before shipment, whichever occurs first. 

     
  • To request a cancellation, contact our customer support team via email. 

     
  • Approved cancellations will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. 


Orders Already Shipped 

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. 

     
  • You may return the product after delivery as per our Return & Refund Policy. 

 

Modifying an Order 

  • Changes to items or delivery addresses are not allowed after an order is placed. 

     
  • If modifications are necessary, you must cancel the current order (if eligible) and place a new order.
