Shipping Coverage  

  • Delivery is available to all pin codes across India.    

     
  • International shipping is not available at present.  

 

Order Processing  

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days from confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.    

     
  • Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.  


Estimated Delivery Time  

  • Standard delivery typically takes 3–8 business days, ensuring timely receipt of your selected apparel and accessories.  


Failed Delivery Attempts  

Deliveries may fail due to:  

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided.    

     
  • Recipient not available at the delivery address.    

     
  • Refusal to accept the order.    

     

Note: In such cases, the shipment will return to our warehouse, and you may request a re-delivery.  


Damaged or Lost Shipments  

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact our customer support within 48 hours and provide clear photographic evidence.    

     
  • For lost shipments, a replacement or refund will be initiated after verification with our courier partner.
